Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Below are some examples of common exceptions:
- Items must be returned in the state they were sent meaning they must be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no to very limited visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Send us an email with your order number at support@everydayesntls.com
- Include the products you wish to return or exchange from your order and the problem.
- Send the items back to us using the information in the preceding emails.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
In some cases, we will refund without the return of the items.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email. With the issue with the item accompanied by pictures.
